Search warrant in Henderson County leads to arrests

HENDERSON COUNTY, TX (KLTV) - From the Henderson County Sheriff's Office:

On 6-1-18 at approximately 1608 hours, Investigator David Robertson received probable cause for a narcotic search warrant which was reviewed and issued by Henderson County Court at Law, Judge Scott Williams for the address of 156 Huntoon Trail in the Cherokee Shores subdivision of Payne Springs.

Investigators Kyle Pochobradsky, Josh Rickman, Ray Yockey, Wayne Nutt, Gabriel Shue, William Thornton, Tell Walker, Deputy Matt Jistel and the Payne Springs Police Department assisted in executing the search warrant.

During the search, resident Jimmy Dale was found to be in possession of approximately 20 grams of suspected methamphetamines, numerous baggies and scales. Jimmy was placed under arrest for manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 more than 4 grams but less than 200 grams, a first-degree felony.

Three other subjects from the Payne Springs area were found on location and arrested. Kendra Ward, Jesse Tobar and Debbie Beasley were found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine and also transported to the Henderson County Jail. All three subjects were charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 less than 1 gram, a state jail felony.
