Baseball Clinic To Benefit Hurricane Katrina Victims

The Tyler Junior College Apache baseball team is taking to the field.
It's early, yes, but it's for a good cause.
The Apaches are putting on a baseball clinic to benefit victims of Hurricane Katrina. It will be held Sunday, September 11, at Mike Carter Field in Tyler.
It's from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
It is free for all who are interested, but they are asking for participants to donate to the relief efforts. TJC players, coaches and current and former major leaguers will participate.
