A special delivery is headed to Houston that might help some evacuee kids sleep better at night.
Longview radio station KYKX has been taking donations of teddy bears for the last week for children of evacuee families in Texas. Almost 3,000 bears were loaded up today to be taken to the Astrodome, along with several boxes of breakfast cereal.
Those involved in the drive say it was their way to give some comfort to the littlest victims of Katrina. The teddy bear delivery will be in Houston by late tonight.
