WHITEHOUSE, TX (KLTV) - A Whitehouse man has pleaded guilty to two children to methamphetamine.
Court records show Christopher Michael Foux, 41, pleaded guilty to two counts of endangering a child in Judge Kerry Russell's court. Foux accepted a plea agreement of 180 days in jail.
Foux was arrested on a Whitehouse police warrant in November after they were contacted by CPS on Oct. 3 after two children, aged 8 and 10, tested positive for meth exposure.
Foux is the father of the two children and was pinned with the charge after he also tested positive to a drug test. The mother tested negative.
