Some Services Down At A Tyler Bank, Katrina To Blame

The bank's New Orlean's headquarters was affected by Hurricane Katrina, and some ATM and online bank services have been down. The bank's president in Tyler says the problem is only temporary.

"We are hopeful that all of the operational issues will be resolved this evening. But certainly with the Monday holiday, that by the time we re-open Tuesday everything will be back to normal," Ken George.

George says evacuees who bank with Hibernia should also be able to access their bank information by the end of the Labor Day weekend. Also, if you send payments to the bank's New Orleans address KLTV has been told you should continue to do so.
