TYLER, TX (KLTV) - Tyler police are charging a woman accused of exposing her six-year-old child to drugs.
Julie Elizabeth Foley, 40, of Tyler, is charged with state-jail felony endangering a child. She was arrested on the charge March 28 and is being held on a $250,000 bond.
According to an arrest affidavit released to KLTV on Tuesday, Foley admitted to recently using cocaine, methamphetamines, prescription drugs and marijuana. The affidavit states her son had a hair follicle test on Jan. 19 and he tested positive for cocaine and marijuana.
The child's father did not test positive for cocaine, the affidavit states.
Police obtained a warrant for Foley's arrest on March 23.
