(KLTV) - Two East Texas restaurants got serious violations in the latest health department inspections.
In Tyler, King Torta's #2 at 2021 East Gentry Parkway had 11 critical violations in a March 14 inspection.
Lettuce, cheese and tomatoes were held too warm. Cambro and sauteed onions were held too cold. Quesidillas and beef sandwiches were held out of temperature. Raw beef was kept next to cooked foods with blood seen splashing into ready-to-eat foods.
