DPS officers have filed new charges against a Tyler man after more evidence was found while they were arresting him on an outstanding warrant.

Michael Lucas Mayo, 37, is charged with three counts of possession of child pornography. One count is out of Montgomery County and the other two from Smith County.

He was arrested on March 21 and is being held on a collective bond of $1,000,030.
