Annual March Madness mudrun scheduled for March 31

LONGVIEW, TX (KLTV) -

If it's March, it's time for an East Texas annual run that benefits military veterans, and gets the runners really dirty.

It's time for the annual March Madness 5-K Mud Run at Thomas Falls in Upshur County. The challenging military style obstacle course was established 6 years ago.

This year’s run will be held on March 31, and will also include a mud volleyball tournament, and free zip-lines. The run helps raise money for worthy veterans causes,  such as Combat Warriors Incorporated. Anyone interested can go online to enter at MarchMadnessMudrun.com.
