Police say on Dec. 1, 2017, Watson was responsible for robbing the Altra Federal Credit Union at gunpoint, located at 3828 Hwy. 64 West in Tyler.

On March 14, 2018, Tyler Police placed the Aggravated Robbery warrant on Watson who is currently in custody by the U.S. Marshal Service and is being held in Fannin County Jail.
