TYLER, TX (KLTV) - A Tyler man has been formally charged with aggravated robbery for robbing an individual at gunpoint at an ATM.
Skyler River Driessen, 18, has been indicted for aggravated robbery.
Driessen is accused of robbing an individual at gunpoint at an ATM on Feb. 3 around 7:15 a.m.
Tyler police were called to the parking lot of the Capital One Bank in the 4300 block of Copeland Road.
Officers responded immediately to the area to search for the suspect who was last seen running into the running trails of Rose Rudman Park. Police were advised that a possible suspect matching the description was observed sitting on a picnic table by the playground south of Shiloh Road.
Officers located Driessen at 7:27 a.m. and determined that he was the one responsible for committing the robbery.
