HENDERSON COUNTY, TX (KLTV) - A man who allegedly set fire to a structure in Henderson County is now facing formal charges.

Jesse Randal Roberts, 25, of Eustace, is charged with arson. Judicial records show that during a Feb. 28 meeting of a Henderson County Grand Jury, he was indicted for arson intent to damage habitat/place of worship.

Police arrested Roberts on Dec. 4, 2017. According to the Henderson County Fire Marshal's Office, Roberts allegedly set fire to a structure in the 100 block of Bonsal Street in Eustace, Texas.

He was released from jail on Dec. 19 on $25,000 bond.
