DIANA, TX (KLTV) - Two men were arrested after The Upshur County Sheriff's Office served three search warrants on Thursday at two gaming room establishments and the residence of the game room owners.
Hussain Imtiaz, 51, of Gladewater, and Fahad Imtiaz, 25, of Gladewater are charged with Tampering With or Fabricating Physical Evidence, a third-degree felony.
Deputies seized 53 computer towers from the Orange Room, 2335 Hwy 259, in Diana, Texas. In addition, 52 computers were seized from another game room at 12141 Hwy 271 South in Gladewater, Texas. A fatal stabbing took place earlier in the week in the parking lot of the Orange Room.
Deputies also seized suspected methamphetamine and a large amount of cash from a residence in Gladewater.
The Upshur County Sheriff's Office, along with the assistance of the Longview Police Department Cyber Crimes Unit, Texas Department of Public Safety, and Gladewater Police served the warrants on Thursday.
The raids were a part of an on-going investigation. Further charges are expected as the investigation goes forward.
Bond for both men was set at $30,000 each.
