Marshall Police release ID of double murder suspect

The Marshall Police Department is asking for the public’s help to locate the man accused of killing two people. On Friday, March 2, at approximately 1:40 p.m., patrol officers responded to the 1500 block of E. Fannin Street for a welfare check. After arriving on the scene, officers discovered the bodies of 31-year-old Leon Bowman and 30-year-old Justin C. Williams, both of Marshall, inside a duplex. During their investigation, it was discovered that 46-year-old Jesus Molina Delatorre killed Bowman and Williams before fleeing the scene. Delatorre is listed as the sole tenant in the residence where Williams and Bowman’s bodies were found. District Judge Brad Morin has signed a warrant for Delatorre charging him with Capital Murder.

Anyone with information on where Delatorre can be found is urged to call the Marshall Police Department at 903-935-4575. Those wishing to remain anonymous are urged to call Marshall/Harrison County Crime Stoppers at 903-935-9969.
