"There is a major fire at General Dynamics on Longview Street at US 259 Business. We are closing the immediate area. Please do not come to the area. US 259 and Longview Streets are closed at this point."

A homeowner in Hunt County held a burglary suspect at gunpoint as they waited for deputies arrived. According to the Hunt County Sheriff's Office, a homeowner on the 8800 block of County Road 3609 reported that they heard their dogs barking "more aggressively that usual." When they went to investigate they observed a male suspect entering one of their vehicles. The homeowner than retrieved a firearm from within their residence and approached the suspect.
