Motorcyclists From Houston Invade "Mercy Ships"

Nearly 20 motorcyclists from the Houston area made the trip up to Mercy Ships this afternoon. They arrived with two truck loads of supplies to be used oversees to help with health education. These riders collected the supples from their church members and from their communities. They also collected bibles in several different languages.

"We think it's a worth while cause because there are so many less fortunate people in other countries and they don't have the opportunity to have the gospel to talk to them and present it to them," said David Johnson a rider. "I also think Mercy Ships in doing this also provides some other necessary needs for their physical needs in a way of doctors."

This is the riders second annual run and say they plan to do it every year.
