Jacksonville police have arrested a man accused of driving intoxicated with his three children in the vehicle.
Jamie Dale Warren, 32, of Jacksonville, is charged with state-jail felony charges of DWI with a child and three counts of endangering a child.
Captain Robert Mitchell said police pulled Warren over at the intersection of Jackson Street and Canada Street when they saw his vehicle was sitting partially in the intersection.
Mitchell said Warren had two sons and a daughter, all under the ages of 15, in his vehicle.
Mitchell said they found Warran to be intoxicated and conducted a blood draw at a hospital before taking him to the Cherokee County Jail.
Warren got out of jail on Nov. 11 after posting a collective $20,000 bond.
