Cause Found In Gregg Oil Fire

Investigators say they know what caused a work-over rig explosion just north of Longview on Thursday. Fire marshals say something called a "housing clamp" didn't close properly on the rig. That caused oil to begin to leak and workers noticed it and got away, just in time.

Fumes from the leak were ignited by the engine of a nearby truck which was running. There were no injuries and the fire was contained within an hour.
