Tyler Shooting Leaves One Man Dead, Another Critically Injured

Police suspect robbery was the motive for a Tyler shooting that left one person dead, and another wounded.
It happened about 11 o'clock Wednesday night, in the 1100 block of Bow Street at Wayne's Carwash in Tyler.
Police said it is a neighborhood hangout. A 66-year-old man, James Thompson, suffered a gun shot wound to the chest. He was taken to a local hospital where he later died.
Another man, 58-year old Cassius Robinson, is listed in critical condition at ETMC.
