Downtown Tyler's Bank Of America Robbed, Suspect In Custody

The Bank Of America on Tyler's downtown square was robbed on Thursday afternoon, in what police said was a snatch and grab. The robbery happened around 3 o'clock. Police tell us no weapon was involved.  
The robber fled the bank on foot. Authorities said the robber reached over the counter as a teller was pulling out money and snatched the money away. Witnesses said a security guard inside began to chase the robber. One man inside the bank making a deposit said he tried to stop the robber and punched him in the face, but the robber kept running. Witnesses said the security guard ran outside after him and flagged down a Tyler Police Officer on a passing motorcycle. . 
On Thursday night, Tyler police made an arrest in the case. 17 year old, Luciano Guerrero Dominquez is now in custody. Police officers say they arrested the suspect without incident at his residence.
