Jacksonville School Board Approves Bond Election

Jacksonville is looking to build three new schools and renovate several others and they say they need $60 million to do it. The money would come from taxpayers in two phases.

Monday morning, the school board approved a first bond election for the first phase. It's set for September 17th at the Jacksonville Public Library from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
