Three Tyler Hockey Players Make National Teams

Three inline hockey players from Tyler are set to embark on a whirlwind tour as part of a junior national team. Curtis Hardin and Zac Bush have been selected for the 16 and under Team USA West Team. While Jeff Pyron has been selected for the 14 and under Team USA South Team.  All three were chosen after participating in the USA Roller Sports Selection Camp in Denver, Colorado this past march. First, they are set to travel to Detroit to take part in the World Cup Championships beginning July 18.  Then, they fly to New Orleans to compete in the AAU Junior Olympic Games. Teams from Canada, New Zealand, Mexico, Columbia, Australia, Great Britain, and Turks and Caicos Islands are participating. Good luck to them.
