2 more suspects indicted for fatal robbery, shooting at Tyler Conoco

TYLER, TX (KLTV) -

Two more suspects have been indicted for a fatal robbery at a Tyler gas station that left a clerk dead.

LaMarcus Hannah, 32, of Tyler and Kedarius Oliver, 23, of Tyler, were indicted April 25 by a Smith County grand jury. LaMarcus and Oliver were each indicted on one count of capital murder.

They are suspected in the Jan. 28 murder of Billy Dale Stacks, who was woking as a clerk at the Conoco gas station on Loop 323. Stacks was shot several times and later pronounced dead at a hospital.

A third suspect in the crime, Dameon Jamrc Mosley, 25, of Tyler, was indicted in April. He is charged with capital murder by terror threat and aggravated robbery.
