Habitat To Give Away "HabiTOT House"

Habitat for Humanity in Tyler is giving away a children's playhouse. And anyone can enter to win.

The "Habitot Hideaway," as it's called, is a 56 square-foot cedar playhouse with windows and a door. It's valued at $5300 and it's on display now in front of the new Firstbank branch at 7102 South Broadway.

Firstbank and WRL General Contractors partnered to build the playhouse to benefit Habitat for Humanity.

"Firstbank originated this idea because we've had a long-standing partnership with them," Ann Payne, executive director of Habitat for Humanity of Smith County, said. "They've supported Habitat from the beginning. And so we're really just excited. It's a cute, little playhouse. And I hope everyone will come out and visit the new facility."

You can enter to win starting next Monday. Every dollar you donate to Habitat for Humanity of Smith County will get you one ticket. Tickets are available at both Firstbank locations in Tyler, at 7102 South Broadway and 1200 South Beckham.
