Dudley Lang, owner of Dudley's Cajun Cafe in Longview, shares a wonderful recipe for a pasta meal that you and your family will love. If you're not a shrimp eater, substitute some rotisserie chicken meat!
! cup of onion
1 cup of chopped bell pepper
1 10 3/4 oz. can of cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. peeled small shrimp
12 oz of thin spaghetti
6 tbsp of butter
1/4 cup water
Dudley's season blend
Teaspoon of minced garlic
Saute' chopped onion and bell pepper in butter on a very low heat for 35 minutes. Add cream of mushroom soup and simmer for 45 minutes on low heat stirring occasionally. Add 1/4 cup of water, shrimp, and season to taste. Cook for 20 minutes. While shrimp are cooking, boil spaghetti. In a large bowl mix shrimp and spaghetti. Serve with french bread and salad.
