Sports WebXtra: Lovie Smith gets early start in Illinois

In his first year as the Head Coach for the Fighting Illini, Lovie Smith did not have the year he wanted to. Going 3-9 and finishing 12th in the Big 12, the Illini defense struggled just as much as the offense.

Now in his second year, Coach Smith is getting down and dirty early already starting Spring ball. They will stick with a 4 day workout schedule until March 10.
