Judge To Decide On Holding Suspects In Holloway Case In Aruba

Two former security guards arrested in the disappearance of an Alabama teen-ager in Aruba still haven't been charged, but their attorney says they're being investigated for murder and kidnapping.

It's expected a judge will determine today if there's enough evidence to continue holding them.

Authorities have not said they think 18-year-old Natalee Holloway was a victim of foul play. They also have not ruled accidental death. And the search for her continues.

Holloway has been missing since May 30th, when she vanished while on a five-day school trip.

The two men police are holding deny any connection to her.

A police officer told The Associated Press that the two were known to authorities because they had a habit of going around to hotels trying to pick up women or bum cigarettes.
