Sometimes you need to make snacks for people in a hurry...like before kickoff! Here's one that's ready in no time!

Marshmallow-Snicker Rocky Road bars

1 box yellow cake mix
2 eggs
¼ cup water
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup of Snickers baking bits (or other candy bar baking bits, like Heath or Butterfinger)
1 cup mini marshmallows (plus extra for pressing into the top of the bars when they're hot from the oven.)

Method:

In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, water, brown sugar and vanilla. Use a spatula to mix well. Batter will be THICK.

Spread into a 9”x13” baking pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Spread the marshmallows and candy across the top of the bars, distributing evenly.

Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown around edges and not wet in the center.
Immediately sprinkle another cup of marshmallows on top of the hot bars, and gently press into the top. Enjoy!
