Black bean-zucchini chili by Mama Steph

If you're trying to eat right in the new year, but still love a big, warm bowl of comfort food, try this chili recipe! 

Mama Steph's black bean-zucchini chili


1 cup chopped onion
2- 15 ounce cans diced roasted tomatoes
2 cups (or one can) vegetable or beef broth
2 cans (15 ounces) black beans, drained
3 stalks of celery, chopped
4 small or two medium-large zucchini, chopped
1 small or half a large green bell pepper
2 tablespoons chili seasoning
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
