TYLER, TX (KLTV) -

Over the past three seasons, the UT-Tyler women's basketball team suffered a total of nine loses. And that includes conference tournaments and national tournament appearances.

With a lot of the same players still on the roster, the Patriots already have four loses this year. Which has everyone wondering what is going on? Well maybe the women are finding their footing. UT-Tyler knocked off Mary Hardin-Baylor on Thursday night 79-72 behind strong efforts from D'Onna Matthews and Demi Cumby.

The UT-Tyler men also defeated the Crusaders 76 to 73. Highlights of both games are in the video.
