TYLER, TX (KLTV) -

An East Texas family is hoping their new endeavor will have people raising their glasses in their community.

The ETX Brewing Company in Tyler is opening their doors to the community Wednesday night from 4-10. The new business is owned by Keith Gilstrap, Brian Gilstrap and Annie Gilstrap. The family says they have a real sense of excitement about bringing their business to downtown Tyler, and hope it helps to continue the steady growth of new business to downtown, or "the heart of the city," as Keith called it.

On the business' Facebook page, they gave further information about what guests can expect when they drop by Wednesday night:

We're excited about tonight! Due to limited occupancy in the Tap Room (49 persons), we will have heaters set up outside with additional seating. It's gonna be a chilly night so be sure and dress warmly. Curbside Taco is set up out front and ready to fill your orders! Don't forget...Fair Plaza Parking Garage is located right next door! Parking is FREE weekdays after 7pm and weekends! See you soon!

Make sure to stop by the brewery to meet the friendly owners and check out what's going on downtown.

Hours: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 4-10 p.m., and Saturdays from noon-10ish. Their address is 221 S. Broadway Avenue in Tyler. Their number is 903-630-7720.
