Chef Simon brings us a recipe for an appetizer that looks impressive but is really quite simple to put together!
Smoked Salmon Puffs
1 box Puff Pastry cups
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
pinch of red chili flakes
1 (3 oz) package of smoked salmon
chopped parsley, garnish
Cook puff pastry cups according to package directions and cool completely. In a bowl combine the cottage cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, pepper, salt and chili flakes.
Fill the pastry cups 3/4 full with cottage cheese mixture. Top with a slice of smoked salmon and garnish with parsley. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
