Therapy Dogs Gather For Group Photo

They are furry, have tails, and the camera loves them. Some four legged friends struck a few poses at ETMC Saturday morning.
The dogs are all involved with "Therapet," a program that provides therapy dogs to people with disabilities.
The owners and their dogs gathered for their first group photo.
The director of Therapet said the dogs are trained to help people. However, Saturday morning they had the "itch" to help themselves to some fun.
"You know it's a difficult thing," said Sharri Curan, Director of Therapet. "The dogs are really well trained, but by with the water in the fountain and the cars, and everybody else telling their dogs to stay. I'm really proud of how they did. This is our first time to get 30-something dogs together."
There are 82 dogs in the program. Therapet also provides cats and miniature ponies to all the area hospitals.
