ARP, TX (KLTV) -

Arp did something pretty special last Friday by knocking off then-undefeated West Rusk. For their accomplishment, the Tigers received the Red Zone Game Ball, and we'll have that presentation for you later this week.

But for now, head coach Dale Irwin and company are gaining momentum with just three weeks to go in the regular season. With their 21 to 20 victory over the Raiders, Arp improved to 6-2 overall and to 3-1 in District 9-3A Division II play, which is good for second place.

After advancing to the third round of the playoffs in 2015 and with most of those guys back, this team knows its capable of getting on a roll, especially after a hard fought win.
