
BAKED CHILI-CHEESE CORN
4 cups whole kernel corn, fresh or if frozen, thawed and drained
1 7 oz. can diced green chilies
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. chili powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter, or spray, a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Mix all ingredients in large bowl until well combined. Transfer to prepared dish. Bake 20 minutes, or until bubbling.
