
BOUDIN STUFFED PORK LOIN FILLET
1 pound Boudin
1/2 Pork Loin
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Granulated Garlic
1 Tbsp Black Pepper
Slit pork loin lengthwise... do not cut all the way through.
Lay pork loin open and spring it with salt, pepper, and garlic.
Remove skin from Boudin and place in pork loin.
Fold pork loin closed and sprinkle with more salt, pepper, and garlic.
Smoke meat for 3 hours at 400 degrees or grill it for an hour and a half at 400 degrees, turning and flipping it often.
