2 Slices of Jalapeno Toast (Bread of choice)
I slice of thick-cut turkey breast
2 Slices of Tomato
Blackened Mayo (see recipe)
4 Slices of Bacon
Blackened Mayo Recipe
1 Cup Mayo
1 Tablespoons of Black Pepper
2 Teaspoons Worst shire
Mix Well and Spread over toast
Spread Mayo over slice of toast, then build your sandwich with remaining ingredients.
Use a Mandolin to thinly slice russet potatoes and deep fry in cast iron skillet to a golden brown color. Drain remaining oil off of chips and toss in Lowry's Season salt
