Rusk County officials searching for fourth suspect in home invasion, shooting

RUSK COUNTY, TX (KLTV) -

Rusk County Sheriff's Office deputies are searching for a fourth suspect in a home invasion.

On June 21, deputies responded to a residence in the 6000 block of State Highway 43 East, between Henderson and Tatum. When deputies arrived, they learned one person had been shot in the leg during a home invasion, according to RCSO Sgt. David Roberts.

Roberts says the victim and two other men were held at gunpoint by four men who robbed them.

After an investigation, Roberts says three men were arrested in connection with the incident - Demarcus Acles, 19, Myles Roberson, 19, and Dontravious Lister, 20.

Lister was booked into Gregg County Jail and Acles and Roberson were booked into Rusk County Jail.

Officials are still searching for the fourth suspect, who has not been identified at this time.
