The charges against Jeffrey Doyle Robertson have been upgraded, increasing his million dollar bail. Initially at Friday's arraignment, Robertson was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. That has been changed to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon against a public servant. He's also charged with possession of weapon in a prohibited place.
Robertson remains in Van Zandt County jail with a bail of $1,100,000.
