Hit-And-Run Suspect Turns Himself In

An arrest today in the hit-and-run accident that happened a week and a half ago.

E.J. Phillips, Jr., 45, is charged with causing an accident involving personal injury. He faces up to five years in jail.

Critically injured was Matthew Roberts, 22, who recently returned home from the War in Iraq. Roberts is now in good condition at a local hospital.
