4 fresh eggs
salt and pepper
1 diced red bell pepper
5 or 6 fresh mushrooms
4 green onions
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Chop all vegetables before starting to cook the scrambler.
Spray nonstick pan with cooking spray. Add vegetables to pan, then saute for several minutes.
Crack eggs into a bowl, and whisk with a fork to break them up. Add them to the pan, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
When eggs are done, serve with fruit and toast or pancakes.
