Wal-Mart Abduction Case Goes Before Grand Jury

For the first time, witnesses in the Wal-Mart abduction case went before a grand jury this afternoon.

Police say Johnny Lee Williams, Jr., 24, kidnapped and killed Megan Holden, 19, from the West Tyler store in January.

Today, Williams' parents and other family members were at the Smith County Courthouse for the grand jury hearing. A woman believed to be Williams' girlfriend was also there, along with Williams' ex-girlfriend, Angela Reeves. A friend of Williams', Carl Posey, also went before the grand jury.

The DA's office says jurors will have to meet again before deciding on indicting Williams.
