Prison And Fine In Lufkin Drunk Driving Case

A lufkin man is sentenced to pay back the family of his intoxication manslaughter victim. Back in September, 54 year old Kenneth Hill crashed into the back of a tractor on highway 103 driven by 47 year old John Woodward. Woodward died a week later.

A lufkin judge sentenced Hill to pay 30-thousand dollars to Woodwards family within one month, then he will begin serving an eight year prison term. If he's unable to pay by April 18th, his prison sentence could be extended to 20 years.
