Sports WebXtra: Ken Griffey Jr. sets new voting mark in his election into the Hall of Fame

Former slugger Ken Griffey Jr. is not only headed into the Hall of Fame, the outfielder is doing so with the highest voting percentage ever. Griffey appeared on 437 of the 440 ballots in his first appearance on the Baseball Writers' of Association of America ballot.

That means he had a 99.3 voting percentage. Griffey was a 13-time All-Star and the former Seattle outfielder was selected to 11 straight All-Stars games beginning in 1990.
