We'll start 2016 on a chilly note, but it will only take a few days for sunshine and warmer weather.
The chance for isolated showers will continue Friday morning, before coming to an end before lunch. Showers, if any, will be light, only leaving around .1" of rain.
New Year's Day will be chilly, with partly to mostly cloudy skies and highs in the upper 40s to lower 50s. That trend will stick around through the start of the weekend.
By Sunday, high pressure will build in from the northwest, clearing our skies. Lows will be in the 30s with highs in the mid 50s. Expect sunshine through the start of the work week.
Our next chance for rain will hold off until mid to late week, beginning Wednesday evening.
Have a wonderful start to the year!
