Student Arrested In Marshall School Fire

A fire in an East Texas high school's bathroom, and a student has been charged with arson. Marshall Fire investigators say 17 year old Marshall High School student "Jeremy Lewis" confessed to setting fire to toilet paper in the boy's bathroom last Friday. The school was evacuated for an hour.

Fortunately, no one was injured and damages were minimal. Lewis was charged with second degree felony arson. He's in the "Harrison County Jail" on 10-thousand dollar bail.
