Copper in East Texas city's water

Julia Jenae has a new investigative piece tonight that continues to reveal new information about the city of Tyler's water situation.  She has discovered that, in addition to the notices that the city's water contained too much haloacetic acid, it's also received notice this month that it contained too much copper. Tonight at 10, Julia has a new report that explains what that means and how it could have happened.
