Sherri Shelton, restaurant manager and executive chef for Firehouse Bar and Grill, joins us to make a simple grilled chicken that you can serve to guests, but is easy enough to serve to your family on a weeknight, too.
Firehouse Grilled Chicken
¼ cup Zesty Italian Dressing
1 tablespoon French’s Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon La Choy Soy sauce
1 cup Portobello mushrooms
1 cup sliced onions
4 slices of Swiss cheese
4 chicken breast beat out flat
Mix first three ingredients together.
Sautee mushrooms and onions.
Dip each chicken breast into sauce mixture.
Grill each chicken until golden brown.
Put a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each.
Top each chicken breast with mushrooms and onions
