Mama Steph's Halloween bark
- 12 oz bag of white or semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Mini pretzels
- Candy corn
- Dried cranberries
Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe glass bowl. Place in the microwave and melt at 30-second intervals, stirring between each one until it becomes smooth.
Immediately spread the melted chocolate on a parchment lined cookie sheet. You want a solid sheet of chocolate with no holes.
Immediately add a single layer of pretzels to the soft chocolate. Then sprinkle on candy corn and cranberries, as much as you like (I used about 1/3 cup cranberries and 1/2 cup candy corn).
Gently press down on the loose candies with another sheet of parchment to make sure everything is stuck into the warm chocolate.
Refrigerate on the cookie sheet until completely hardened. Then break into "shards" of candy bark.
