Traffic Being Diverted As Crews Clean Up I-20 Crash

Last night at around  7:30 p.m., three 18-wheelers collided on I-20 about a mile from the Texas-Louisiana border.

The wreck started when an 18-wheeler heading east, crossed over into the oncoming lane and hit another 18-wheeler head-on. Another 18- wheeler then collided with them. All three of them caught on fire.

Two people were killed and another was injured.

As a result, the westbound lanes, those coming in to East Texas, are currently closed and traffic is being diverted to Highway 80.
